The SLOT Conference gives high school juniors and seniors the chance to experience college life first-hand while learning valuable leadership skills. Together, approximately 300 delegates will participate in various activities aimed at developing qualities they can apply to their lives. The participating juniors and seniors will gain insight from a variety of speakers covering a wide range of leadership topics and begin networking with current leaders at Texas A&M. The delegates will be housed overnight in a residence hall with one or more current A&M students. This weekend's adventures may serve as a deciding factor between colleges for some and a confirmation for others. We are confident that the delegates will leave A&M on Sunday afternoon with many new friends, many lasting memories, and opened the door of a wealth of new opportunities for their future.
