Stop Bullying/Cyberbullying

StopIt Bullying LinkIn compliance with David’s Law, Oglesby ISD is now using the Stop!t app to allow students/parents to anonymously report bulling. When an anonymous report is filed, the school will notify the parent of the student being bullied to discuss the problem and the options available.

To report a case of bullying, click on the Stop!t logo and use the code Tigers#01  The app can also be downloaded on your mobile device. Go to your App Store and search for the Stop!t bullying app.

2017-18 School Calendar

District Calendar

One additional note:

Built into next years calendar are 5 accelerated instructional days (they are highlighted in orange on the calendar).  These will be at the end of each six weeks with the exception of the last six weeks.  Students who have not met standard on the 2016-17 STAAR test, those who have an unsatisfactory classroom grade, those with excessive tardies and absences will be required to attend the accelerated instructional days as assigned by administration.  Our goal is to provide additional instruction for students that can benefit from one on one in specific areas needed.  These days will run from 8:30 am until 11:30 am on each of the 5 days.  There will not be breakfast, lunch, or transportation provided.  We will provide notification to each parent whose child will be required to attend.  In addition, please stress to your child the importance of working hard and being at school daily.  Thank you for allowing us to serve your child!  If you have any questions, please contact the school.
