Athletics Spirit Wear Fundraiser
The athletic department is selling Tiger spirit wear to raise money to help cover expenses associated with their programs. You must order online if you wish to purchase, students will NOT be taking orders or collecting money. Don’t forget to enter the name of the student you want to get credit for your order before you finalize your order.

Morgan High School Basketball Tournament
Varsity girls and boys will be playing in the Morgan tournament this Thursday through Saturday.
On Saturday, varsity girls will play at 10:00 am and varsity boys will play at 11:30 am. Brackets are available here.
Basketball Spirit Shirts—Orders Due Friday, Dec 20th by Noon
The junior class is taking orders for both high school and junior high basketball spirit shirts. All shirts will be the soft shirt material. The junior high shirts will be red with both the guys and girls team rosters on the back. The high school shirts will be dark heather gray with both the guys and girls team rosters on the back.
The shirts will be available in both short sleeve and long sleeve. Short sleeve will cost $11 for YS through adult XL and $13 for 2XL, 3XL, & 4XL. Long sleeve will cost $13 for YS through adult XL and $15 for 2XL, 3XL, & 4XL.

School Breakfast and Lunch Program
Oglesby ISD is pleased to announce it will continue its policy for serving meals to children served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2019-2020 school year. Our school qualifies to operate under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) to provide breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. This continued approach to our school breakfast and lunch programs helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals by reducing burdens for both families and school administrators.

In compliance with David’s Law, Oglesby ISD is now using the Stop!t app to allow students/parents to anonymously report bulling. When an anonymous report is filed, the school will notify the parent of the student being bullied to discuss the problem and the options available.

2017 Accountability Rating
TEA just released the new accountability ratings for Texas schools and Oglesby ISD is rated as Met Standard. To view the scores for the four indexes, click here.
District of Innovation Plan
OISD is moving forward with the District of Innovation plan. The plan will allow the district to obtain more flexibility in order to better meet the unique needs of the district, students, and community. The board adopted final plan can be viewed here.
